charitable organisation providing a variety of services to the
community including childcare, family support, projects addressing
emerging needs and space for community activity and service provision.
CCRC is seeking an enthusiastic, professional and competent PART TIME
ADMINISTRATOR who will support the work of the Centre Manager with the
efficient running of the organisation.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:
* DESIRABLE QQI level 7 in Business Administration, or HR or related
discipline or
* ESSENTIAL QQI level 6 major award in Business/Administration or HR
related discipline
* Minimum 2 years? experience as a Personal Assistant or
Administrator.
* An understanding of community sector work is desirable but not
essential

JOB DESCRIPTION
ADMINISTRATOR
Job Purpose: To support the work of the Centre Manager and to ensure
that the Centre?s organisations functions are efficient,
professional and delivered within the overall ethos of Clonmel
Community Resource Centre.
TASKS
NOTE* SOME TASKS ARE DAILY/WEEKLY/MONTHLY, OTHERS PERIODICALLY DURING
THE YEAR
* To support the work of the Centre Manager by undertaking
administrative and secretarial duties.
* Adhering to and supporting governance requirements
* Updating policies and procedures as required
* Leading on data protection and compliance
* Updating website as required
* Providing administrative support on strategic projects and plans
* To provide HR support
* Researching information for funding applications
* Maintain tenant contracts and room hire bookings
* Liaise and interact with staff, tenants, visitors and agencies.
* Receive and record childcare and room hire payments.
* Undertake credit control functions in respect of childcare.
* Support the administrative process for Tots 2 Teens at key points
during the year
* Other relevant tasks requested by the Centre Manager or Board of
Directors
